IT with a face and a name
One person, not a hotline
I am Markus Lindner, founder of Lindner Tech. As a software developer, I build fast websites, web & mobile apps, databases and local AI systems for companies in Berlin, Brandenburg and across Germany – and you always speak directly with me.
From 2019 to 2024 I worked at Siemens AG in Berlin on IT infrastructure, monitoring with the ELK stack and automation with PowerShell and Python. In 2026 I passed the final exam as an IT specialist for application development at IHK Berlin.
I combine modern web and app engineering with data and AI technology: web design & website development and web & mobile apps on one side, databases & data analysis and local AI on the other. I grew up speaking German and Polish and also work in English.

Do you only work in Berlin or across Germany?
I am based in Berlin, but I deliver websites, web apps, mobile apps (Android & iOS), databases and data analysis projects 100% remotely across Germany and Europe. Private live preview links and short video check-ins keep your daily business completely uninterrupted.

You always get a binding fixed price upfront: Compact Next.js websites (one-pagers) start from €800 net, multi-page company websites with dedicated service/industry pages and Headless CMS from €2,400 net (extended/multilingual from €3,900 net). Automated Python data analysis & dashboards start from €1,200 net, SQL database development & Excel/Access migration from €2,400 net, and custom web apps or mobile apps (Android & iOS) from €2,900 net.
Which languages do you work and develop in?
German, Polish and English. I grew up bilingual in German and Polish and speak English fluently. Multilingual websites, apps and user interfaces are built natively in all three languages.
How fast is a project delivered and who owns the code?
I reply to enquiries within 24 hours on weekdays. A new business website or data analysis dashboard typically goes live within 2 to 5 weeks, and custom apps or databases within 3 to 8 weeks depending on scope. Upon completion, 100% of the source code, database schema and domain belong to you – with €0 mandatory subscription.
What happens to our business data in database and AI projects?
I run databases and local AI systems (RAG) on your own hardware or on dedicated servers in German/EU data centres, so confidential company data never flows to external US AI providers. On request we sign an NDA and a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR upfront.
