Web Apps & Process Optimisation
When a workflow runs on spreadsheets, email chains and paper notes, it costs time and nerves every single day. I build web apps that map exactly that workflow – no more, no less. They run in the browser, work on a phone and belong to you afterwards, source code included.
What's included
Analysis and digitalisation of your workflows
Before a single line of code is written, I look at how the process really runs today: who records what and when, where it stalls and what can be automated. The result is a clear concept with priorities.
Custom web apps instead of off-the-shelf software
Instead of off-the-shelf software you have to bend yourself around, you get an application that knows your terms, your steps and your rules – and only the features you need.
Forms, dashboards and reports at the push of a button
Data is entered once and is immediately available as an overview, report or export. The weekly report that takes hours today becomes one click.
Interfaces to your existing systems
Microsoft 365, CRM, inventory, accounting or your database: the app exchanges data with the systems you already use instead of creating another island.
User management with roles and permissions
Everyone sees only what they are meant to see. Roles and permissions can be adjusted later; sign-in via your Microsoft account on request.
How it works
- 1
Understand the workflow
One appointment on site or by video: we walk through today's process step by step.
- 2
Concept & prototype
You see a clickable prototype before development starts – misunderstandings surface early.
- 3
Development in stages
The app grows in usable increments. The first version goes into daily use early and feedback flows straight in.
- 4
Operation & evolution
Hosting, updates and backups by me on request – or hand-over into your own environment.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from a website?
A website informs, a web app works: users log in, enter data, trigger processes and evaluate them. The two can be combined.
When is a custom solution worth it?
As soon as a process recurs regularly, involves several people and currently runs on spreadsheets or email, the time saved usually outweighs the development effort quickly.
Does it work on mobile too?
Yes. Everything runs in the browser and is optimised for phones and tablets – as an installable app (PWA) if you want.
Can you connect existing systems?
Yes, via interfaces to Microsoft 365, CRM, inventory or accounting systems as well as your databases.
Who owns the finished application?
You do. You receive the full source code and stay independent of any single provider.
Who runs the application after launch?
I do, if you like: hosting, updates, backups and further development from a single source – or you run it in your own environment.
Does this fit your project?
Tell me briefly what it's about – you'll receive an assessment and a quote within two working days.
